So I have finally started working out. I ate entirely too much and Brandon's Christmas party and I think it will help the weight come off at a faster pace.
Thursday I did some cardio about 35 minutes. Today my body is so sore. However my little sister said lets go to the YMCA when you get off work. So when I got off work her boyfriend came over and watched the kids, and her and I headed up to the YMCA. I jogged a mile...yes an entire mile. I was so proud of myself. I think I am going to force myself every day to get up before the kids and go work out.
So my goal for the next 3 weeks is to work out at the gym at least 3 days a week....
